   What is Rolfing?

 
Rolfing(R)-Stractual Integration


Rolfing was created by Ida P. Rolf, Ph.D., a Columbia University trained biochemist in the 1930s. Rolfing is originated from her Ten Series.

These Ten Series sessions are about soft tissue manipulation to releases and reorganizes the connective tissues, called fascia, that permeate the entire body; both the surface and deeper levels, and movement education that reorganizes the whole body in gravity.
